Board
The Board is a permanent collegial executive body of the Association consisting of 7 (seven) representatives. The Board exercises general management of the Union in the period between the General Meeting of Participants (GMP). The Board is elected by the GMP by open vote by a simple majority of votes of the Participants present at the GMP for a term of 5 years.
Director of the Union
The Director of the Union is appointed by the Board of the Union for a term of 5 years. The powers of the Director of the Union include: organization and management of the current activities of the Union in accordance with the law, this Statute, decisions of the governing bodies of the Union.
Supervisory Board
The competence of the Supervisory Board is the implementation, on behalf of the General Meeting of Participants (GMP), of control over the main administrative decisions taken by the Board, as to their compliance with the statutory goals and directions of the Union's activities and decisions adopted by the GMP.
Audit Commission
The competence of the Audit Commission is to carry out financial control of the activities of the Union.

Expert Council
The competence of the Expert Council includes the preparation of analytical materials, proposals for laws, programs and strategies for the development of the renewable energy sector in Ukraine.
