The association, \u041e\u0421\u0411\u0411 &#8220;Vasyl Poryk 14,&#8221; will receive up to 500,000 hryvnias, repayable within 365 days, to finance energy efficiency work ahead of the heating season.<\/p>\n<p>The funds are earmarked for modernising the building&#8217;s heat supply system \u2014 in particular, a comprehensive replacement of shut-off valves.<\/p>\n<p>The Revolving Fund was created to support co-owners of apartment buildings in financing energy efficiency measures. Eligible works under the programme include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive thermal insulation<\/li>\n<li>Modernisation of individual heating substations and in-building systems<\/li>\n<li>Installation of renewable energy equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Victoria Yavorovenko, head of the energy management unit at Vinnytsia city council&#8217;s restoration and development department, noted that the loan is provided on a repayable basis with no interest charged and no other fees for the use of funds.
