According to outlet Spravzhnie, the concept combines distributed solar generation, an independent heat source and standard generators with the necessary fuel reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Three solar power stations are already running on the hospital grounds; a fourth is nearing completion. To guard against failures in district heating, a 3 MW solid-fuel boiler house has been prepared for commissioning.<\/p>\n<p>The centrepiece of the project is four cogeneration units currently being installed alongside purpose-built engineering protection structures.
