It is thermal power plants and CHPs that Russia has targeted, destroying or damaging almost 90% of Ukraine&#8217;s total thermal power generation. The goal is to provide these communities with alternative sources of heat and electricity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For example, 127 cogeneration and 8 gas-piston units, 60 block-modular boilers, and 32 powerful power generators have been received or confirmed for Kharkiv.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, according to the Cabinet of Ministers, the needs of housing and communal enterprises for cogeneration units have been met by more than half. There are already 182 units, of which 83 are in operation.
