{"id":3732,"date":"2024-11-02T09:36:48","date_gmt":"2024-11-02T07:36:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/100re.org.ua\/?p=3732"},"modified":"2024-11-01T19:48:07","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T17:48:07","slug":"the-cabinet-of-ministers-has-improved-the-terms-of-preferential-lending-for-households","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/100re.org.ua\/en\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-has-improved-the-terms-of-preferential-lending-for-households\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cabinet of Ministers has improved the terms of preferential lending for households"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The government has expanded opportunities for households to install their own solar and wind power plants.<\/p>\n<p>The Cabinet of Ministers <a href=\"https:\/\/mev.gov.ua\/novyna\/uryad-sprostyv-umovy-0-kredytuvannya-dlya-vstanovlennya-sonyachnykh-ta-vitrovykh\">adopted<\/a> the related resolution on November 1.<\/p>\n<p>The amendments relate to state support for individuals who install generating facilities that produce electricity from alternative energy sources in their households:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the total area of the real estate subject to state support has been increased from 250 to 300 square meters;<\/li>\n<li>the deadline for the loan recipient to submit copies of documents confirming the acquisition and commissioning of a hybrid power supply system to the bank has been extended from 90 to 180 calendar days.<\/li>\n<li>the installation of the purchased equipment can now be carried out independently or with the involvement of specialized organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The procedure for providing financial state support to individuals who install generating units that produce electricity from alternative sources in their own households was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 07, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The available financing programs are available at the <a href=\"https:\/\/mev.gov.ua\/reforma\/rozvytok-rozpodilenoyi-heneratsiyi\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The government has expanded opportunities for households to install their own solar and wind power plants.
