One of the key tools is the <strong data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"484\">Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"792\">The Fund is a state financial institution that provides concessional loans and other financing instruments for energy-efficiency and decarbonization projects. From feed-in tariffs to self-consumption economics<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2692\">For years, the renewable sector was driven primarily by feed-in tariffs. Today, the focus is shifting toward projects that improve the economics of self-consumption. Affordable financing for efficiency, distributed generation, and storage makes such projects viable for a wide range of companies.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2744\">2.
