According to documentation filed with the national Environmental Impact Assessment registry and reported by ExPro, the developer intends to construct a 22 MW wind farm paired with a 120 MWh battery energy storage system within the Berezanka municipality.<\/p>\n<p>The project will be situated on a 10.77-hectare site outside the main settlement, requiring a formal rezoning from agricultural to energy-designated land. Aravana Energy plans to install 11 wind turbines, evaluating models such as the Vestas V80 and V90. The selected 2 MW turbines will feature 100-meter hub heights and rotor diameters between 80 and 90 meters. Each unit is projected to generate approximately 4 GWh annually over a 25-year operational lifespan. Power will be evacuated via a newly constructed transformer station linked to the existing Berezan substation.<\/p>\n<p>Following the wind phase, the company plans to deploy a 30 MW containerized battery storage system capable of providing storage of up to four hours.
