Eastern states and Quebec face losses of roughly two to four percent because the event falls closer to solar noon.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Germany expects the sharpest swing in output over the shortest interval.<\/li>\n<li>The Netherlands is bracing for a steep ramp and an overall loss on the order of 1,050 MWh.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatchers must offset industrial and rooftop generation falling at the same moment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Markets dense with rooftop panels will see visible grid load climb as behind-the-meter supply fades.
