Assistance with a technical feasibility study for the launch of biomethane production: tenders announced
08.11.2024At the end of October, the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine announced its readiness to perform a feasibility study for biomethane plants free of charge.
The support will be provided under the project “Development of a Business Model for Biomethane Production in Ukraine” of the “Innovate Ukraine – Supporting Ukraine’s Energy Recovery” program.
Innovate Ukraine is funded by UK International Development and organized by the British Embassy in Ukraine.
The project will select up to six concepts for the development of feasibility studies and design of biomethane production.

In addition, on November 5, the USAID Energy Security Project announced a call for applications for the development of preliminary feasibility studies for biomethane projects.
The organization is going to select five winning projects for which ESP will develop preliminary feasibility studies to attract investment.
Each feasibility study will include a detailed resource assessment, technology analysis, preliminary financial modeling, and risk assessment by a recognized international company, ESP’s subcontractor.
