60 solar panels installed at Irpin Children’s Clinic

In Irpin, Kyiv region, 60 solar panels were installed on the roof of a children’s clinic, which will save the hospital up to UAH 250,000 a year.

The solar panels convert the sun’s energy into direct current and transfer it to an inverter. This will provide power to the clinic in case of emergency outages. It is noted that each panel has a capacity of 24 kW.

The solar panels are complemented by energy storage units that will provide power to the clinic for at least 8 hours in the event of a power outage.
