On November 12, 2025, Warsaw hosted a key event for Ukraine’s green energy sector — “100GREEN WORLD: Dreams, Future, Reality.”

Ukrainian renewable-energy associations, investors, government representatives, Polish associations, businesses, and companies from across the European Union discussed the prospects of rebuilding the energy sector and transitioning to 100% renewables in Ukraine and Europe.
The event brought together more than 100 participants in the heart of Warsaw — becoming a symbol of solidarity and support for Ukraine.
It was not only a professional platform, but also an important geopolitical signal: Ukraine is not a beneficiary of aid, but an active architect of a new green Europe.

Oleksandr Dombrovskyi, Chairman of Global 100 RE Ukraine, opened the ceremony:

“Ukraine has the potential to become an energy innovation bridge between Europe and the world — a country where a new architecture of renewable energy is emerging, based on biomethane, green hydrogen, distributed energy systems, and modern storage technologies.”

Vitaliy Shevchenko, Chairman of the Ukrainian Association of Energy Service Companies (UAESCO):

“Next year will become the year of energy storage systems. For the public sector, this must become mandatory practice, and energy service companies are fully ready to support communities on this path. Yesterday, municipalities had to think about energy efficiency as backup generation — today they must think about energy independence: about storing energy and using it wisely for stable operation and budget savings.”

Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (ASEU):

“The conference became a powerful platform for new partnerships. Despite the war, Ukraine has not stopped developing: in 2024–2025 alone, we added more than 1.5 GW of new capacity. The PV + BESS model is already today’s reality, not the future. Investments in renewables and storage are the path to true energy independence.”

Heorhii Heletukha, Chairman of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine (UABIO):

“Ukraine can produce more than 21 billion m³ of biomethane annually, cover up to 20% of the European market, and become one of the key suppliers of renewable gases to the EU. We already have the feedstock, infrastructure, and agricultural companies capable of making this a reality.”

Andrii Konechenkov, Chairman of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA):

“100 GREEN WORLD is not just a slogan — it is a path to peace! For Ukraine, renewable energy is the energy of freedom. Every new turbine is a step away from energy blackmail. We are building a future that is not only green, but free.”

Together, we are building an energy future where freedom, independence, and green development are inseparable.
