Guaranteed Buyer owes more than UAH 30 billion to green producers

The debt of NPC Ukrenergo to SE Guaranteed Buyer for renewable energy services exceeded UAH 30 billion. This is the data as of October 1.

In total, according to Guaranteed Buyer, 6,343 thousand MWh were purchased in 2024. Of these:

• solar generation – 83.9%;
• wind power – 3.1%;
• bioenergy – 10.5%;
• hydropower – 2.5%.

UAH 42.57 billion was paid for the purchased energy. Of which:

• UAH 26.31 billion in 2024
• for 2023 – UAH 15.33 billion;
• for 2022 – UAH 0.63 billion;
• UAH 0.31 billion for 2021.

In total, 60.8% of the debt was paid in 2024. For 2023, 91.5%. For 2022, 61.3%. In 2022, a record 99.7%.
