International Focus on Ukraine’s Future

On November 13–14, ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy took place at Expo XXI in Warsaw — one of the key international platforms where the world discusses Ukraine’s recovery through investments, innovations, and energy modernization. The event brought together government officials, businesses, expert organizations, and communities from dozens of countries, demonstrating the strong global interest in the future of Ukraine’s economy.

The organizer of the event was Premier Expo, supported by the European Commission and Ukrainian ministries. The program included investment forums, panels on energy resilience, and the national exhibition area “Ukraine and Its Communities,” where regional development projects were presented. ReBuild Ukraine combined an exhibition zone with thematic panels, investment discussions, and a platform for B2B/B2G negotiations. A separate space was dedicated to the national exposition “Ukraine and Its Communities,” where regions showcased their projects and needs for large-scale reconstruction.

Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization — Drivers of the New Economy

A major focus of the event was the initiatives of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency, especially the work of the Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine. Within just a few months, the Fund has already supported its first projects aimed at modernizing industry, improving municipal infrastructure, and reducing energy consumption.

During panel discussions, experts explored new financial mechanisms that can scale energy efficiency in communities: equipment leasing, factoring tools, guarantee programs, and revolving financing. Significant attention was given to international cooperation — countries of Northern Europe, North America, and the EU confirmed their readiness to expand collaboration in renewable energy and energy-efficient technologies.

ReBuild Ukraine also highlighted the expansion of the Fund’s instruments: leasing of energy-efficient equipment, factoring financing, guarantees, and new partnerships with countries in Northern Europe and North America.

For Global 100 RE Ukraine, ReBuild Ukraine is a strategic platform that opens access to international partnerships, green investments, and new solutions for Ukraine’s resilience. The event reaffirmed that post-war recovery must be based not on restoring outdated systems, but on transitioning to 100% renewable energy, developing BESS, microgrids, and innovative community-level solutions.

ReBuild Ukraine 2025 demonstrated that Ukraine is confidently moving toward the European energy model.
